This is the best experience I've had at a dentist. Appointments are quick, the staff is friendly, and they were able to diagnose and solve an increasingly bothersome pain in one of my teeth and fix it that same day. My normal check ups are always running on schedule and the early morning hours accommodate my work schedule. I also like the fact that since it is a two dentist office that I'm not just another number to them like I have felt at a larger corporate-feeling practice.
My most recent visit to Mendes Family Dentistry was absolutely awesome. Their appointment secretary was very friendly, helpful and most accommodating. I was given an appointment that worked with my schedule and the office totally took care of all my insurance paperwork. My entire dental experience was all very positive and I'm so happy and pleased that I selected Mendes Family Dentistry.
I have been a patient here for many years & have always received superior dental care & information. The office staff & dental assistants call me by name & and have been very accommodating & flexible with scheduling -- the office is very efficiently managed so I've rarely waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. If you're looking for a condescending, judgemental receptionist, Sharon is your gal. You'd better be careful if you ever miss an appointment, you'll be branded with a scarlet letter as a "bad client" (clearly visible on your chart as your tooth is being drilled). If you don't happen to answer your phone, your appointment will be cancelled and several whiney messages will be left after the fact reminding you of just how negligent you are as a person. I can't wait to give my money to someone else.
They have taken such great care of me, I had a horrible experience at my last clinic and when I switched here it was like night and day! I highly recommend bringing your family here!
I have been receiving my dental care at this clinic for over 35 years! Dr. Charles was always my favorite dentist when I was a small child and I never left! Both Dr. Charles and Dr. Paul take good care of me in regards to my dental care. I always feel comfortable going there and know that they have my best interest at heart. They are honest and caring. I could not ask for a better dental office. All others are mediocre in comparison! If you need a dentist, check them out. You will not be disappointed!
