Do not go here for a covid-test. I went in on July 9th along with my wife and daughter. We were told results would be back within 7-10 days. It has now been 17 days since and have not gotten our results. Mind they billed our insurance for the visit and test on top of a $25 copay that we paid that same day. My daughter has called Mend Urgent care multiple times and staff have been nothing, but rude and snobby. Mend refused to see my boyfriend tonight for a spider bite. they were closed early and opened the door long enough to tell us to get lost. Allergic reaction and they don't care. This was the closest In-Network Urgent Care. They DGAF.
RecommendedI walked in reluctantly after a UC worst experience yesterday. This UC is one of the best I walked in. Came with ankle and food pain after a fall. Dr. Homayoun Nassiri was so compassionate and kind and immediately order X-ray to rule out any broken bones. He explain the results, which were good, and send me home with the visit notes and a medical plan. I highly recommend this place. Every single person was nice and attentive.
Very nice place with friendly people. It had a significant waiting time, but it's worth the time if you need an urgent care center.
So glad that this is my local urgent care! Went in for major sore throats and was diagnosed and treated quick!
The staff and the Doctors are great! I highly recommend Mend Urgent Care!
