I've seen Lanita twice for sports massage therapy. She's great and has hands of steel. Don't expect a relaxing massage. It's gonna hurt during, but has helped relieve my running aches and pains. Highly recommend if you want a legitimate sports massage.
Jeri has been helping me for many years. Whenever I have a problem she is able to heal me quickly. Since she opened Mend there have been times when I needed to see another therapists and I have to say they are all amazing. I am grateful for these gifted souls who are able to work magic with their hands.
Best people! From the booking to the massage therapists. Here you will find people who really know the human body and can take care of all your knots, aches and pains with knowledge and precision. Our family from our 24 years olds to our 86 year old go here and we all feel the same way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
