Matt, Chris and all the staff have created a wonderful atmosphere for overall wellness at MEND. Always friendly, positive and cheerful. I became a member shortly after their opening due to the noticeable benefits I noticed from my Normatec compression and Cryo sessions. My weekly visits help me recover from my active lifestyle (running and strength training)! I highly recommend giving Normatec and Cryo a try at this place. There a possibility you become addicted as I did! �

Can't wait to try it again! I've only been once and of course it was cold; went in with inflammation and soreness from working out, left feeling so much better. Jenifer was wonderful, she helped distract me to make the time go by aka was very informative l. She also totally sold me on the cryofacial!
Loved it. I was very skeptical but my pain had reached the highest and didn't have anything to lose.
