I had been hearing such fantastic feedback from friends that went here, I decided to try it out. Wow! To see my husband’s leg pain lesson dramatically in just two visits is worth it! I didn’t experience any back pain first thing in the morning all week. I have been recovering from a hard mountain bike fall from this summer. The faculty is beautiful, and the wide array of services offer will help you feel way better when you walk out!

I had my first session of cryo-freeze with Jen today. She made it completely comfortable and talked me through the entire process! It ended with cryotherapy and the oxygen bar! I can’t wait to see the results💪🏼
I can’t say enough good things about mend!!! The second you walk in, you are greeted by a staff who is absolutely amazing and so welcoming! I have done almost every treatment they have to offer and I have never been disappointed! My favorite is the cryo facial with Kendra, she is beyond amazing!!! My skin has never felt or looked so good. I highly recommend this place!!!
