Love this place! Don’t be scared of cryo! The cryotherapy has helped me recover from injuries and soreness multiple times. I have also used their infrared sauna multiple times for detoxing and more recently to help me recover from a cold much quicker. Go here!

Mend is a tranquil place for healing. A place you hobble into and skip out. A place where you can take a mental siesta from the day at the oxygen bar, beauify with a cryo facial, get a 3 min full body cryo treatment and add a celluma for ultimate pain relief. Love the staff - so friendly and knowledgeable! See you at happy hour at the oxygen bar!
