This was hands down the worst Menchie's I've been to in CANADA! if I could leave 0 stars I could. My skin was crawling just being inside because of how dirty and unsanitary the environment was. You could see it. Smell it. Feel it. The selections and toppings were a joke. Broken machines and plenty of empty topping bowls. Please shut this location now or get a whole new set of management and employees top to bottom. What a disgrace..would never go back even if the frogurt was FREE!
This was the worst! Only a few frozen yogurts to choose from and only a few toppings. All of the hot sauces were empty or not working. Won't be back!
The sign said it opened at 11 however when we got there at 1 the doors were locked. When a worker finally got there we had to wait 15 mins for him to start the machines as nothing was on, and grab all the toppings ( the worker also disappeared to the back for an additional 10 before starting them).The bathrooms were really gross and one was out of order ( according to other reviews it has been for quite some time ) they had about 5 flavours and very empty toppings.
