⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star Review) Visited this location on April 12 at around 5:44 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. The service we received was unprofessional and felt unfair. The employee who attended us did not communicate clearly in English, even though she appeared to be Hispanic like us. Don’t waste your time on promotions. I don’t know for what they send emails if their promotions are not valid. Really disappointed
No sample cups. Flavors taste strange. Came with my 8 and 6 year old. Spent $23. My 6 year old hated her flavor and they wouldn’t let her try another one instead. She didn’t even have a large amount. She went up and asked please can I get a different one I didn’t like mine…they laughed and said well what would we do with your cup? And said no. She was so sad she couldn’t have a different yogurt or even try one so she would know she liked it before buying a second flavor. Just lost a customer.
This place is honestly odd, they don’t even have the basic or popular flavors for people like myself who like to play it safe. All the flavors are really abstract and ones I’ve never heard of before. When I asked for a sample cup so I can try and decide which of the odd flavors I was told they don’t offer samples, which makes sense because they would never sell anything if people got to try the flavors (they don’t taste good). On top of all of that the girl that worked there was an airhead. Won’t be returning.
