I have to give 3 stars because they don't have the condensed milk to top the ice cream or at least they didn't have it when I went. Other than that, great place.
My son wanted the hot chocolate and it's spilled all over my shirt and the 2 kids working just stood there looking. They didn't apologize they didn't offer a discount nothing. I wouldn't ever go back to this place or any other menchis
They weren't open and there wasn't even a sign on the door to apologize! Lost me as a customer!
I've been a loyal menchie's customer for quite sometime. I have a smiles card and everything. I would go every three weeks just to enjoy their new flavors, and even applied to one. But I have never experience WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from anyone in my life. The employees are great, hard working people; engaging every customer with a smile and a welcoming tone of voice.
