I come to this location 2 times per week with my kids and we always have a great experience and love the products! Unfortunately today Daniel was very rude accusing me of trying too many samples. I always go for the same flavor coco and strawberry but I wanted to try something different today. I wish I could rate the Menchie’s ice cream cake a zero, but you have to at least put one star. I paid almost $47. for a standard ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. It was decorated beautifully but it tasted just awful!!! Neither of my children (both under 10) would eat it after the first bite. After I tried it I had to agree! The ice cream had no flavor and the cake was dried out. It was a ridicules amount of money to pay for a very small cake, even if it DID taste good.

My first introduction to Menchies was in Vancouver, WA and I was quickly hooked on this new concept and yummy frozen yogurt. I was thrilled when they came to Albuquerque and bought $10 gift cards for each of my 26 nieces and nephews as a way to offer them a Menchies treat on their birthdays. Store 117 on Montgomery and Juan Tabo has changed all that. When my nephew went in to redeem a gift card, he was told it had expired and consequently paid for the yogurt.
