I have been to Menchies many times over the past few years since it's opening. It was always a great place to bring the kids and now grandkids. Today's visit was a bit different. The store was clean, but I found the store to be quite sterile in its interior appeal from before. No more merchandise on the walls, a hand written sign in marker as you enter and see the register stating "let's not make this awkward, tips here". I come here often and as the time goes by it seems to get worse. When they first opened they always had good yogurt with good consistency. Now it seems to be mushy and watery alot and the flavors do not change very much. Alot of times the machines are not even full with flavors. The toppings used to be good and full of variety. Now there seems to be less choices and alot of times they are running low.
