should deserve no stars at all even, terrible customer service, i had poured my ice cream but poured a little too much then what i wanted i had asked the lady at the front if i could either take some out of just get a new one she refused to let me, i told her i diddnt mean to pour so much because i wont wanna pay 20$ for ice cream she then told me “you eat what you pour” then continued to charge me 12 dollars for frozen yogurt with nothing on it even. as i have seen in other reviews as well, the lady working there needs to h... read more
The yogurt is always mid, but my 5 year old loves this place. However, today, the person working was unnecessarily rude to my kid. He did indeed get overly excited about the candy and touched one, which we put in his cup, (btw) but the employee went off on both of us. Maybe she’s having a bad day, but wow! He’s little, and the place is basically for kids. The way she treated him was harsh.
Their late night hours are great for honoring those evening sweet cravings. There are a variety of flavor options and they even offer samples, which ensures guests feel confident in their selection. They also have a large selection of topping options from fresh fruit to candies and cookies as well as sauces. My only reccommendation is to be mindful of the weight of your bowl, as mine came to over $15. As a bonus, it did serve as dessert for a few nights, but I had not expected it to be that pricey.
