I am a frequent menchies costumer and the service is always fantastic. The costumer service is amazing every time. The flavors are good and refreshing and they have a wide variety of toppings to add to your froyo.

Extremely disappointing experience. Menchie’s advertises that they’re open until 10pm, but if you show up around 9pm, the machines are already turned off and “being cleaned.” This has happened to me on multiple occasions — and it’s not just me, the store is still full of people when this happens. If you’re going to close early, then change the hours. Customers shouldn’t walk in expecting frozen yogurt and leave with nothing. It’s frustrating and feels misleading. Definitely not the greatest experience, I’ve been coming here since middle school and today i brought my daughter. We walked in it was 3 girls. 2 with glasses one w red hair. Neither of them said anything when i walked in they just kept having a conversation among themselves. I didn’t see any sample cups and when i asked for one they all looked at me confused on who would grab it and just pointed at each other. I sat a couple minutes and all 3 of them left to do something in the back.

When we walked in there was no worker in sight at the counter. We waited for around 10-15 minutes assuming they’d come back and didn’t. We left and gave it another try but same instance. Always enjoyed the place but upset there was no worker or bell to get their attention
