I’ve been taking my son here for years. The icecream is fine- but the place needs a serious cleaning! Staff is mostly teens, the floors are filthy with debris from food everywhere. Many of the tables are seriously dirty and not sanitary to even consider sitting at. And for the love of humanity- please empty the trash. I noticed today also if you pay by card they try to automatically add an 18% tip. Yeah- not happening when all the staff does is weigh the cup and read the total. Clean this place up!!! I am a frequent menchies costumer and the service is always fantastic. The costumer service is amazing every time. The flavors are good and refreshing and they have a wide variety of toppings to add to your froyo.
