When we walked in there was no worker in sight at the counter. We waited for around 10-15 minutes assuming they’d come back and didn’t. We left and gave it another try but same instance. Always enjoyed the place but upset there was no worker or bell to get their attention
The girl working tonight wearing the glasses with the bead strap is extremely rude considering I spent $60 dollars here. Teach your employees some manners if you want to stay in business.
I call the store to make sure they were aware of an issue that I had with DoorDash not delivering my order therefore I had to reorder and the first call they answered and immediately hung up the phone, the second time they picked up and proceeded to curse and hang up. This happened on 08/01/2025 at 1:10PM.
I usually love Menchies, I’m only leaving a review about the worker. The place was packed, the worker left the desk and was in a rush weaving between customers and cutting them in line trying to fill her own cup of ice cream. She took all of the strawberries before allowing customers to get toppings. She literally cut me in line and was weaving through people to try to fill her cup before the toppings were emptied. My wife and I visited this store yesterday. While the location is quite good, we were unfortunately struck by the cleanliness and overall upkeep, which led us to leave shortly after entering. We believe addressing these areas could significantly enhance the customer experience. We hope this feedback is helpful!
