My kids and I visited the Menchies Novi location recently and had an amazing time ! The froyo was yummy and fresh and the variety of toppings was mouth watering. They had lovely summer flavors and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The staff was courteous and the place neat and clean. We will be back soon !

Frozen yogurt was great. Glad to see fresh fruit options for toppings. Sugar free chocolate syrup was awesome for diabetics.
Saw Owner or Employee / Attendant actually Recycling larger pieces of toppings ( probably 20 different larger pieces of misc toppings ) off the counter picking up each with his bare fingers and putting the in a little clear plastic dish , which he passed to the girl at the cashier counter who promptly stashed them . Then he proceeded to sweep and wipe off the counter . WHAT ??
