Pretty good price for a parking spot. I parked a roller I just bought in there for the winter, and since I didn't even have a key yet, the doors weren't locked. A homeless individual walked through the doors while someone opened it, searched all the vehicles, and found mine unlocked. I was notified the next morning that he had used my car to sleep and was found a couple of hours earlier. He also had urinated on the seat... since it had no interior, it was a quick clean-up. Very nice storage facility!! Clean, easy access, and most importantly, secure. Probably the most secure storage facility in town. Much more affordable than other facilities in Lima. A 10x10 around 80 a month. Giant doors that open with access code, fenced in, even seen a sheriff sitting back there a time or so. Best storage in Lima.
