Every time I shop at Menards, Cooper is the highlight of my trip. He’s not just a cashier — he’s the definition of top-tier customer service. Cooper remembers regular customers, works lightning fast at the register, and still manages to greet everyone with genuine warmth. He goes out of his way to solve problems on the spot and makes the checkout experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to see that level of dedication these days.
We had to pick up some mulch I ordered on the app and drove out to the back to get it. My husband had had surgery and couldn’t lift it so Matt came over and loaded it all for us. He was so kind and caring about my husband and glad to help load it. He definitely went out of his way to help and very prompt in loading it. Thanks Matt!!
