easy to find home supplies i like coming to menards because everything is very easy to find unlike some other stores and they have a lot to choose from. they have good sales and some items are at a great price but some things can be more pricey than elsewhere
knowledge had to order a replacement window twice before it was right. they need to train their personnel to answer questions and help the customer in a more knowledgeable way.
my happy place this is my happy place where i go for all my home needs. they have a great selection. everything is very easy to find and reasonably priced. they have everything you need to remodel your house to just planting a garden
I have had to contact Menards multiple times by phone...NO ONE ever answers the phone I average multiple call for long periods of time on the phone before talking to some one.
there's a reason why this chain is known as monkey menards around here... many people in this area are anxiously awaiting other hardware store to open in this area. when this menards superstore opened, many other hardware stores closed, when that happened , customer service, common sense and good business went with it. most often, no one knows where anything is, why your equipment didn't get reserved like they told you it would be - repeatedly, ETC. they do have low prices, but with all of the other hassle, they aren't worth... read more
