This is the WORST Menards! We've had nothing but bad experiences every time we've gone here (we need to learn the lesson and just never go back). Today, we wanted to buy a Halloween decoration that was about $100 - and it was heavy. All of the other decorations near it had a button to see how they light-up and work. This particular one did not have a button tester and it was the only one like it. It had a battery compartment though, so I asked if they could add batteries long enough to show us what it did. Love this store, every employee is part of the team, knowledgeable and helpful. They know their job because they were trained well. That is an indication of good management
Construction in and out of this store is Awful... Way easier to go to the one on Dodge or Lowes or Home Depot
I always find what I need at Menards and the people that work there actually know know what they're talking about. You can go to nearly anyone in the store and they can get you the help that you need. You definitely do not find that at Lowe's.
