I ordered a water heater online as a special order. I needed this water heater asap. I was expecting a couple weeks at the most. They didn't stock this propane water heater in the store. Really? Customer service is nearly nonexistent after taking a paint formula to them. They made an error. I had to go back. They never apologized or made it right with me.
We've been here several times and I've gotten the vibe that the employees on the floor don't like being bothered with questions so I never ask. Today my husband did ask a male employee one question about an air filter and the guy seemed like it was an inconvenience. Over one question. Jeeze
