I arrived with a code. The code did not work instead of just being able to print off the new paperwork at the little hut I was sent around to the front desk. I come to the service desk service desk sends me to another place because they can’t help me. I get the second one lady with an attitude tell me I’m gonna go to the back and that they don’t have the stuff then they do have it. This is not a well oiled machine.
