Had everything I was looking for. Friendly check out staff.
We have always had great customer service at Menards. However when loading stone last week there were 3 fork lifts sitting. When we asked about loading our stone the young man was extremely rude. He came out to move a pallet of stone to a display area and said we’d have to wait. We ended up loading the stone onto the pallet and still waited on him another 15 minutes! Just very disappointed in his attitude and lack of wanting to help!
Very disappointed in Menards right now. My Husband Stopped in last night 5/21/25 around 5:30p and it was almost 7 by the time he left .. getting 6 railroad ties.. When he arrived there where 3 employees in the area two of which on forklifts , just talking.. 30 mins went by and my husband still standing there with no help !! So my husband proceeds on helping himself. They were banded together, so with a crowbar( all he had) he broke the banding and loaded all 6 railroad ties himself!!
