Great big box store with quality products and good customer service
Menards looked nice, clean, and organized both inside and outside. I didn't find a missing price tag in the aisles I was shopping for. The prices for most items are reasonable compared to local competitors. I wasn't approached for help. I only saw 1 person working in the departments visited. More could have been busy elsewhere. Stocking of shelves was being done. I am very disappointed that on most of every trip to the store, more people want to check until lanes are open. Two lanes were open at noon on a Sunday.
I check the website for an item 1 in stock pickup at store today. Call to confirm item is in stock. Drive 30 minutes. "O that is our display we can have one here in 5 days." Talk to manager too. Not going back.
Their website said they had 6 in stock. They had 0. Never trust their inventory control system. Waste of a trip.
