2.16.2026 Manager Andrew Goll is a Rockstar. He went above and beyond to assist me today. I had a rather huge request and he did an amazing job. Over the years, I have purchased a lot of my materials and supplies here and customer service is always excellent.
Menards is about going to get something you need and being presented with quite a few things you don't. "Oh hey, I did need some new gloves". You need to decide what quality level of product you want/need. Just because they carry it doesn't mean it's the best quality or best thing for your need. (e.g. You can purchase cheap batteries or much better ones. Cheap light bulbs or much better). Service is available if you ask. Prices are reasonable but, again, it depends on the quality. I live in Cedar Rapids iowa and needed some hardware for my kitchen that I'm redoing, local all Menards here were out of them so I called a few other Menards out of state that had them to no avail, but when I called the Hutchinson Menards I was meant with GREAT customer service by Natalie who was able to get the ball rolling to send them to me, next day talked to Jenny who was equally pleasant nice and so so helpful which truly made me giddy I want to Thank them personally and thank the staff in that Dept for their extra du... read more
