Always had good experiences at the Ottumwa Walmart until today! This old woman running the cash register is given my rebate card to use towards my purchase and then tells me my total I put my credit card in and she hands me back my rebate card and tells me I will have to use my rebate later because I used my credit card to fast in the machine.
