I recently decided to do business with Menards. My past three month experiences have been incredible. Jordan Clemens the commercial contractor account service manager is one of the most professional, kind, and caring of an employee I have ever experienced. Jordan is a tremendous asset to Menards, and is a large reason I will continue to do business with them. Worst experience dealing with the company over their supposed rebates, quality of products and lack of communication. Awful. For a few extra dollars, go elsewhere where people help and standby the quality of their products. Credit card cut up and account closed.
