Hey menards, I want to thank you for not price gouging us for Lysol during this corona outbreak. $7 for a tiny can of Lysol, you should be ashamed, you just lost my business.
gm Bob had horrible customer service. Came in with a Christmas tree I spent alot of money on last Christmas and half way through the season half the lights went out. He refused to help at all even though I had a receipt. All I wanted was an even exchange, not asking much in my opinion. instead I was told half way through the season last year I should have taken all of my decorations off my tree and brought it in then. Absolutely terrible customer service at their Carpentersville, IL store. Spent thousands of dollars there for bathroom remodeling and when I need additional finishing items they take days to call the vendor and get SKU numbers, nobody seems to know what they are doing. Had to call the vendor myself in order to obtain item numbers. The store manager is annoyed when you ask for help. They needs to retrain a large portion of their customer service representatives. Go shop at another store until they get their act together.
Menards is the best! Every single time I shop I always get the best prices!
Always enjoyable to start those home projects here at Menards. Sometimes I can't get out of the store.
