With this being a new store and all I feel they are short staffed. Absolutely no one out in the section that has wood supply. Employees are too busy putting stock up , and not many to help customers. But the few I did have help me were very nice.Hire more people Menards, the store is very big to navigate without help.
I purchased a Magick Wood linen tower. The floor of the lower drawer fell out after about a month of use. I emailed description and photos of the problem to Customer Service. This style is no longer available so I was asked for my address as the manufacturer would be sending me a replacement drawer. Two months later, from China, I received not a drawer but the front panel of a drawer. Not only is it the wrong piece, but the panel doesn't even have a hole drilled for the pull. I went to the Menard's in Evergreen Park and wanted 92 pavers delivered. I waited forever for someone to come and assist me Ryan came then he called a Lady who never came. I see the commercials are false,no one wants to help U.Now today is my delivery day,Thetime range is a long range,I hope they come sooner then later. Ryan was nice and apologized for not knowing how to set up the delivery. Home depot didn't have what I wanted.This maybe my last major purchase from Menard's.
Outstanding guest service !!! All the team members are very well trained and very good with product knowledge extremely friendly they walk you to all the products big new store very beautiful layout!!!!
I can't express enough on how upsetting it is to have to argue with the cashier about price differences and Menards not giving them the authority to make the price change without notifying a manager. Today I spent over a half an hour myself walking back-and-forth because a different price came up. I won't blame the girl at the register but I will blame the store managers who don't trust their check out people enough to make simple price changes.
