Hell No! Bridgeview Menards has the worst customer service. I spoke to General Manager Chris and he was very rude and had horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop at Menards! General Manager Chris needs to be fired he lost a customer and will lose many many more. I will tell all about how horribly I was treated. Chris is sexist; while I was speaking to him he would not look at me and kept looking at my husband who was not speaking. Chris needs to take classes on how to speak/treat customers with respect.

I would select ZERO if there was an option. I bought a power machine last week and return it the same day because it was defect, and got a new one and also defect, I return it again, but they want to deduct money off what I bought it for, and give me a store credit, you can't give me a store credit so I can come back to your store and buy again, I am not really interest to do any business with your company again. My brother return an item without a receipt and they gave him store credit. That's fine, except they gave him 85 dollars when I spent 150 dollars on the items two days prior. I found the receipt and went back to the store and they absolutely refuse to give me a full refund. Supposedly these items were on sale within the past 3 months so I was only credited the sales price. THIS POLICY IS NOT ON THEIR RECEIPT NOR IS IT STATED ONLINE. Disgusting and pathetic. This store is a labyrinth. The workers don't even know where they have certain products like trims that are placed on two stories so you have to walk and look for them by yourself. The heaviest/bulkiest things are placed on 2nd floor which goes against any logic or safety rules. Each time I go there I have to spend over an hour just to find what I need and I can't expect any help from those undereducated idiots who work there. I would never recommend this store to anyone...
