Menards screwed up our window purchase so we need to return them but they are charging us $70 for pick up for THEIR SCREW UP....Going to window world....
I'd give you a 0 if it was an option. I've been here 3 times looking at cabinets/counter tops in the last month. Not 1 single person asked if I needed help all 3 times. They run passes like they are in a fricken marathon not caring at all. I'll spend a few more dollars someplace that has good customer service!!
