The sheer laziness of the cashier area manager was short of disgusting today. Needed a price check on an item that was visible from the check out and she stood there with the cashier and cashier trainee calling someone up from hardware to price check - I disagreed and went and grabbed the price tag off the shelf and brought it to her which she promptly threw in the garbage - really lady? Pretty crappy customer service today. Real disappointed. Sure would be nice if people slowed down and actually listened. I'm sure I'll have to come back again with a product I don't forsee being happy with. Thanks.
Their customer "service" is awful! It wasn't much better trying to contact the corporate office either, I also got blown off. Very disappointed and will plan to take my future business to Lowe's or Home Depot.
Your rebate system SUCKS. I've been waiting for a rebate since the end of May and the company that you use to handle that keeps saying they've sent it out but it has not arrived. VERY poor customer service and rude employee on the phone.
That feeling you get when walking through Menards with a super heavy cart full of rocks and sand. After wandering around, finally hunt down a not so friendly associate and force someone to acknowledge my existence, to have help getting something off a top shelf. Balance the item on top of my already heavy cart with no offer of help. Get to the register, which is a super grumpy lady. Trying to pull out my heavy items to get scanned, no offer of help.
