Was told I could not shop there without a mask...told him I had a medical exemption and was told it didn’t matter, apparently they do not care about their customers or the local mandate, will be taking my business elsewhere

Went looking for some salt and a girl up front named Natalie said it’s that way if we have any.. or over this direction. Just pointed no further help or instruction. So after another customer and I looked through the whole store they were sold out. I went up to her and asked her what her name was, with her hands on her hips and hateful attitude she told me. Since when did menards stop doing full refunds an half in store credit an they keep the rest of your money... Yea yall just lost our business an anyone else we no will also...
The girl working the first area when you enter the store had no politeness, friendliness, or helpfulness. Saw me suffering physically in need of handicap cart. Had to ask her if there are any. She said they only have 2! For this big store! Was very hard to find anyone to help with anything. The cashiers rang up and checked out next customer as I was trying to bag my items. Nothing here that I cannot get other places with much better service.
Don't do business at this store, the store manager is rude and a smartalic and has no business in any form of customer service, very rude and bullies customers just read the reviews.
Literally was screamed at and cussed out by one male employee and one female employee for not wearing a mask “the proper way” the way they wanted me to. They have this issue often apparently management condones it, will NEVER shop here again... LOWES you’ve got my business from here on out.
