Went to pick up our newly purchased washer and dryer from the yard loading center and it was threatening rain. Pulled in beside the loading center around 11 am on 8/2/23. Did not get this employees name but he stares " hey brother you have to load in the parking area. No body was around that we were blocking. We just wanted to load under cover without getting drenched. He says no way brother ( pointing over there) he pulls up his forklift to block this area and walks away.
