Placed a $200+ order for store pickup. No longer needed the items so I never picked it up. So you would expect the order to be cancelled just as it is at every other store on the planet, right? Turns out no, that's not how Menards operates. The call finder-keepers, mark it a picked up, and pocket the money. Apparently this isn't a one-off bad experience/mistake either. This is an actual corporate policy. This company straight up steals your money.
After looking around for a product that the website said they had 22 of and asking 3 different people and walking across the store 3 times come to find out store had zero items in stock. 3 employees didn’t know anything about nothing. I already don’t like Menards because of the biased rebates (Menards bucks) have to use the rebates at there store. This just made it worse. 5 stars I don't know why but. All I know is my dad brought me here too much I hate walking around the place for us to get a freaking wood plank from the back 😞
