Decent place but total nightmare if you need to return anything. And if you have a big project going, everybody does.. they have the "receipt lookup kiosks", which are horribly ineffective. Lowes and home depot register every purchase with your phone number and email address making this super easy. And then there's Amazon which is a breeze. Get with the times you all. I also sent a stack of receipts in 9 months ago for the 11% off but it never came and following up on that was a joke. Management has been arrogant and dismiss... read more
