I went to Menards the other day and talked to an older man in flooring. He couldn't answer my questions and seemed bothered by me asking, so he got a young gentleman named Luke to help me. Luke answered every question and took time to advise me on different options. We walked out feeling secure that we knew exactly what supplies we need and who to come to when we get them. I am grateful this young man took time to help me. I give him five stars!
