they are trying to force people to ware a mask and if you don't have one they sell you one I will never ware a mask it is a fact that they the masks do not help and the ones they sell withing ,30 minutes you will be breathing in carbon dioxide from yourself poisoning you you wonder why you feel funny well that's why and it's not a law this is America not communist China we are free

Hell No! Bridgeview Menards has the worst customer service. I spoke to General Manager Chris and he was very rude and had horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop at Menards! General Manager Chris needs to be fired he lost a customer and will lose many many more. I will tell all about how horribly I was treated. Chris is sexist; while I was speaking to him he would not look at me and kept looking at my husband who was not speaking. Chris needs to take classes on how to speak/treat customers with respect.
You require face masks OK supply one to the customer free of charge. Pandemic price gouging corporate policy make me sick. Home Depot from now on.
A security guard stopping you at the door to wear a mask inside. We left. Gonna try Lowe's and if they let us in without them I'm never coming back to menards.
Will not be forced to wear a mask and having to pay for one. You can clearly see that others don’t wear them properly but I’m suppose to feel safe that they require them, I call bull. Thanks Lowe’s for your reasonable attitude toward retailing. It’s my responsibility to use universal precautions, not a store trying to make me feel safe which they are failing at. However, it is your right to run you company they way you do, and my right to purchase elsewhere. But Menard’s you just lost a customer for life.
These scumbags refused service to a man without a mask who has legitimate health issues preventing him from doing so.
After being caught twice price gouging during Covid-19. Then causing the Governor to restrict paint and flooring sales because they were packing their stores now they all the sudden care? Took my 16 year old out to pick paint for his new room and they wouldn't let him in because he didn't have his ID. I will never spend another dollar in here.
Menards is selling masks for 89cents because they are required in order for you to shop here. This is absolutely ridiculous as the mask they sell DO Not protect you from getting virus'. If people want to wear masks to feel more protected that is one thing but to make you buy them knowing that there isn't true protection is down right robbery. I won't be spending my money in here ever again and would like corporate to study things a little better before implementing stupid policies that do nothing but scare people even more!
