I was in the Clio Michigan Menards today with my five-year-old son and was refused service and entry. we both had masks on and the people in the garden center were very very rude about it. The store in Anderson is just becoming a hassle to go in-and-out of. Lowes does not have any Of the hassles that you do
My husband spend a good chunk of money on a Weed Eater.. He lost the receipts and had trouble with the it after a couple weeks, went back to Menards to try and get a lost receipt..so he could utilize his protection plan, which was an additional cost.. Was told not able to find a receipt in their system due to paying CASH.. so we are pretty much out of luck .. Will NEVER shop there again!!
they were a great place until this mask thing. now it is the rudest place I have ever been. I think as of today and how I seen your staff treat customers, done shopping there and it was my favorite place. Well I guess Lowe's gets all my business
$300+ mower out of the box won't work and they said sorry we can't take it back it has gas in it. um how do I start a mower? trimmer I bought a replacement plan and they won't replace that either have to take it to a shop since its under warranty not replacement. even though i paid for the plan. all they want is your money they could care less about customers!!!. Recommendedordered a 26 inch wide 2-drawer mobile workstation, delivered the next day, that's the good report. Bad report is not enough screws came to secure the coasters, only 3 were taped to the top. It has a lock but no key came with it?? It looks like it was a returned item, someone else had purchased it and didn't like it. So I do recommend Menards is you want your item delivered the next day.
