Screamed at during my first visit for not wearing a mask though I have a lung disease and cannot wear one. Belittled and talked down to by Dr. Menard’s nurse and another staff member. Was even told to find another provider who was willing to allow their staff to be exposed to danger. I guess this is the highest form of discrimination. If you have a disease preventing you from wearing a mask, do not bother coming here. No accommodations made for certain people. Been going to Scott Family Physicians for a few years, they are the best..there is a delay at times but I figure someone needs a little extra time to get the proper diagnosis. Kristy at the front desk is awesome, always has a smile and no matter how rowdy you get she is very polite. I just love Melissa she takes time with you and she is very caring. We love the atmosphere of this place
Make a. appointment at 11:am and 2 &1/2 hours later still nothing ! They need to be re trained on professional behavior and how to treat ppl

I have seen Dr. Menard and Melissa his nurse practitioners many of times. Recently saw Dr. Menard after a severe nosebleed needing hospitalization and blood transfusion. His awesome nursing staff have my utmost respect when I call and tell them what is going on they always make my appointment for the same day with high standard care. I can’t say enough good things about this practice I recommend everyone here. Thanks for all the great compassionate service.
