We have been renting the same home for going on 10 years, from Menaquale Property Management Company. Anne is readily available to you if you have a problem with the home. The Washer stopped working the Gent was out within 2 days. The Water Heater went bad, same thing, had a Gent here immediately. It took a couple days to get the hot water heater because it was a special order but she called each day to make sure we were okay. I have been living in a house managed by Menaquale Property Management for about 3.5 years now. I have lived in Newark for 9 years, and I moved every year until I moved into this house, because of one crappy landlord after another. When we moved in, Ann had just replaced our heating unit, and it works REALLY WELL. I talked with Ann about getting a dog, she said it was fine, and we paid a normal ($250) pet deposit. I have lived in a property in Newark managed by Menaquale Property in for two years and recently moved out. From beginning to end, Anne was an inept property manager. I would not recommend this company to anybody. If you live in a house managed by Anne, keep great track of your payment history because she will constantly tell you that you have not paid rent. She sent us thousands of dollars in bogus charges over two years, and even tried to sue my roommates and I, but had to drop the suit when we showed her that once again ... read more
