This company is past unprofessional. They put a hole in a brand new aerobed by laying it on the metal bed rail instead of the box spring and when I called and let them know and emailed them the reciept they stated they would drop a check off. Instead they sent one of their techs with an attitude, slamming things around in the room, knocking over a lamp and my cable box. I called Men in Black after exhaustively attempting to rid my home of an ant infestation myself. Ants were showing up in every part of the house and effectively held my kitchen hostage for nearly two months (we had problems last year too).
