Will call again! Just bought our first house and got a nice credit because of mouse poo all over the attic insulation. Called Men in Black on the advice of a friend and super glad we did. Not only were they able to clean out the old insulation, but they were able to put in bug proof insulation that I guess only pest control companies are allowed to put in, and they also sealed all the places that the nice were coming in
I just had my first treatment with Men In Black Pest last week. Jason was the representative assigned to my house and he was excellent! Seriously....I've never been so excited about pest control. Here's why I'm thrilled- Jason was kind enough to call and give me a 45 minute heads up before he was going to arrive at my house. He wore black covers over his shoes, too, which was nice. Recently switched over from another pest control company in Naperville. Was NOT happy with the old company, went shopping and found Men In Black Pest Control. Let me tell you...wow! What a difference! You would think that calling an exterminator you would expect the same thing from all of them right? WRONG! Im not going to get into it all, but prices were comparable and yet I only saw the tech from the old company for 5 minutes each time he was out! All I can say is this, if youre looking for QUALITY call these guys.
These guys are the BEST! I had them out to take care of ants and mice for me in my Naperville home. They scheduled the appointment for the next day and gave me a great price for combining the 2 services. I wasnt locked into a contract I didnt want and the warranty was 2x as long as the other companies I contacted. Will definitly use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family.
Im a typical Naperville mom and we had another great experience with Men in Black Pest Control ! Black ants suddenly appeared all over the house... Probably because of this insane heat wave! We called Men in Black and they were able to squeeze us in the next day due to a cancellation. The tech came by and was prompt, experienced, and professional. We just purchased a new home in the area and it was a forclosure... which means it had lots of bugs. After about a week, cutting down a pine tree and checking out the place, we had MIB come out. We picked them because of the reviews on Yelp - and obviously the reviews were so right! What a great experience. He spend almost two hours at the house getting rid of the bugs from the pine tree (they were making there way to the house). BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There's an unspoken agreement, right? Bugs live outside, we live inside. Occasionally, we'll see a spider or some ants in the house. Or a fly gets in and buzzes around. Okay. I can deal with that. And any critter that is brave enough to come inside does so at his own risk. Since it will most likely be captured and tortured by the cats.
