I just had my first treatment with Men In Black Pest last week. Jason was the representative assigned to my house and he was excellent! Seriously....I've never been so excited about pest control. Here's why I'm thrilled- Jason was kind enough to call and give me a 45 minute heads up before he was going to arrive at my house. He wore black covers over his shoes, too, which was nice. Recently switched over from another pest control company in Naperville. Was NOT happy with the old company, went shopping and found Men In Black Pest Control. Let me tell you...wow! What a difference! You would think that calling an exterminator you would expect the same thing from all of them right? WRONG! Im not going to get into it all, but prices were comparable and yet I only saw the tech from the old company for 5 minutes each time he was out! All I can say is this, if youre looking for QUALITY call these guys.
These guys are the BEST! I had them out to take care of ants and mice for me in my Naperville home. They scheduled the appointment for the next day and gave me a great price for combining the 2 services. I wasnt locked into a contract I didnt want and the warranty was 2x as long as the other companies I contacted. Will definitly use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family.
Im a typical Naperville mom and we had another great experience with Men in Black Pest Control ! Black ants suddenly appeared all over the house... Probably because of this insane heat wave! We called Men in Black and they were able to squeeze us in the next day due to a cancellation. The tech came by and was prompt, experienced, and professional. My neighbor started using Men In Black Pest Control about a year ago and she's been ecstatic about their service. We just purchased a new home in the area and it was a forclosure... which means it had lots of bugs. After about a week, cutting down a pine tree and checking out the place, we had MIB come out. We picked them because of the reviews on Yelp - and obviously the reviews were so right! What a great experience. He spend almost two hours at the house getting rid of the bugs from the pine tree (they were making there way to the house). This company is past unprofessional. They put a hole in a brand new aerobed by laying it on the metal bed rail instead of the box spring and when I called and let them know and emailed them the reciept they stated they would drop a check off. Instead they sent one of their techs with an attitude, slamming things around in the room, knocking over a lamp and my cable box. I called Men in Black after exhaustively attempting to rid my home of an ant infestation myself. Ants were showing up in every part of the house and effectively held my kitchen hostage for nearly two months (we had problems last year too).
