Best property manager EVER, I was foolish and decided to buy a property from another company (NEVER AGAIN) Upon completing renovations it took them 4 months to get the property rented and the tenant skipped out in month 3 without paying rent as well as damage the property. I begged Memphis to take over the management and graciously they accepted.
