Memphis Vascular Center epitomizes quality medical care. Every aspect of my consultation was handled in a competent, pleasant manner. Dr. Roberts and his staff kept me informed throughout the ultrasound, examination and recommended treatment plan, answered all my questions and were very reassuring. I could not have had a better experience and highly recommend.
I was impressed at their punctuality and they did a number of things in an hour. The injection was painless! And Dr. Roberts didn't try to overkill the problem or try to talk to me into something I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely go back!
my experience with Dr Roberts and his entire staff was excellent. Everyone from the initial contact through the ultrasound including a complete review of the results were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. When is the last time you arrived at a doctors office for an appointment, was taken in early & have the process totally coordinated and completed well within my expectation.
I am so glad I found a new vein doctor I can count on to do a great job. All the staff are excellent. I would highly recommend it.
