The front staff is always very professional and welcoming. The office is very clean. Laura Smith is one of the best physicians there. She knows me well and always remember our conversations or any problems I may have had in the past. She takes her time and actually listens to any concerns I may have. I always feel so at home when I’m there. I am thankful to have them as one if physicians office.
Can’t say enough about the great care supplied by Laura Smith and staff! They were great from the moment we arrived until we left. They definitely exceeded our expectations and worth more than a 5 star rating!
Exceptional care from the time that I step into the office. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The in-take nurse was methodical and asked questions that I didn't think of. She gave me some helpful hints to help me remember to take my medicines. The nurse practioner was fantastic.
Everything was amazing at this place! The staff was so polite and made you feel welcomed! Everything was clean and organized and I didn’t have to wait a long time. My Dr. explained everything so good and actually showed me how to use the new inhaler. I feel like this visit gave me my life back, Thsnks so much!!!!!
