MCC has been our go to pediatric Drs office for almost 14 years. From bringing home a preemie to now a teenager. They have been with us every step of the way. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kiddos. Always return calls promptly which is very important to me.
Always love the doctors & nurses here! Even the ladies at the front are so nice! Thank you all for being so patient & understanding with my babies & my sometimes dramatic motherly instincts ��
Appointment availability and wait time are very reasonable. My disappointment is the inefficient call back and messaging system for Rx. Even though I leave explict detail (name, dob, Rx name&dosage), my sons' Rx are rarely completed even two days after my initial call. Two times, one being today, I have showed up for my Rx and sat in the waiting room over 20 minutes waiting for the nurse to have the time to complete the Rx request I made days before.
