RecommendedI dealt with the owner on another business deal outside the heat and AC. Very honest and upstanding person. I will not hesitate to use him if and when I need Heat and AC work.
I HIGHLY recommend that you avoid this company at all cost. I would say they have poor customer service, but you would actually have to be able to get something that resembled service in order to rate it as poor. The fact is they sent someone out that did not have the ability or training to do anything but detect a leak after adding freon to the unit. He detected a leak, on his second visit, not the first, and then stated that he wasn't sure if it could be fixed or had to be replaced. He put in the order and told me to call ... read more

Very quick response. Polite staff. Quality work.
They did a fantastic job on getting our AC back up and running. Could not ask for better technicians than Eugene & Timothy.
I used Memphis air care two different times. They were the best,,kindest people. I had a new furnace and a new coil installed by these people. Very satisfied. I would refer them to anyone needing heating and air work done....
