For some reason, auto repair businesses today don't care about customer service. They are only interested in doing cookie cutter, high margin service on late model vehicles. If you have an older vehicle that might be a challenge to them, they are not interested in helping you

When you first meet the people who work here they seem like nice business people, a little paranoid and they are as cheap as it comes. While spending over $1000 at a recent sale naomi had the nerve to tell me if they take $5 less that they would not sell to me again since they did not have change for a $20, I could drive to a nearby store and get change for them. So I took my cash and will spend it elsewhere. You dont need to sell to me as I wont be comming back.

(Last day, last hour of sale). "No. Take it or leave it." I said ok. She added my bill wrong. I brought it to her attention and was told she was correct, there's tax. Went over it slowly, and rather than admit -- and possibly apologize? -- she snapped, "Just tell me what you want." Granted, a paltry 70¢ on an $8 sale. I only asked for 50¢. She th... read more
