I wish there was a rating of -5. This place is completely unprofessional. I have never in my life encountered such terrible customer service. Not only did they completely refuse to help me, they were ridiculously rude. All I needed was a little help figuring out what to do about my bridesmaids dressing being ordered wrong, and they wouldn't even sit down to talk to me and try to figure something out. That is no way to treat a bride who's wedding is one month away.
