2nd floor staff is great. Friendly and accommodating even so busy.
I unfortunately had MemorialCare TRIO HMO insurance in 2024. Even though insurance card says blue shield since it is HMO, and if you get your care thru MemorialCare, then it is MemorialCare who is responsible for claims and billings. I reached my OOP MAX of $8700 in June 2024. MemorialCare kept sending me bills as recent as April 2025 for care received in 2024 after I reached OOP max. I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire Emergency Department team at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, my experience was exceptional in every way. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately helped ease my stress. I have edited this because I was able to get a hold of the patient ambassador. But my story still stands as a warning to those that may get sent to ALISO RIDGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER. I visited the ER because of insomnia the er doctor said and I quote "it's voluntarily, you can leave any time and it's a very nice facility" neither of which ended up being true.
