Very attentive and friendly staff. Came on a weekday evening and luckily had no wait
I waited 40 minutes in the lobby only to find out that the nurse did not check me in yet and waited another 15 minutes in the exam room only to leave without being seen because that was my lunch hour 🤷♂️. There is no wonder why the ratings here are so low. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Highly recommend going to another location because your healthcare or your time is not a priority here.
Staff is friendly and the doctor was sweet and seemed knowledgeable, but the wait times are ridiculous. I made a reservation for 7pm and didn't get out of there until after 10pm and there was still another patient after me! There was only 1 doctor on site. Shame on Memorial Care for not having more than one doctor. It was obvious this doctor was being way overworked.
I went to Urgent Care yesterday with my husband and the wait time was NOT bad. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our nurse Carlos was super nice and helpful. The doctor was great. Dr. S was very thorough and helpful. Overall a great experience.
