The front counter staff ladies were nice. However, I didn’t obtain their names. However, Amira the ultrasound tech was super nice she walked me through every step and always informed me of what was coming next. Her bedside manner was on point and she is a very nice young lady. I wish her the best in her future endeavors. God Bless Billions.
Very professional & friendly. Was several minutes late and still got in, technicians were very nice.
For me it was impossible to make an appointment online or by phone. I am too old and stupid, and could reach anyone by phone. So, I drove to the Huntington Beach office. They were getting ready to close for lunch. Took my paperwork and name and said I was set for 1:10pm that same day. I came back at 1:05. Only 1 person waiting. Soon a gal poked her head into our waiting area and called a name. That person went in. Meanwhile, patients were coming and going, and being called by name. Not me.
