Today was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised at how fantastic my experience was with NP Heather Swann. Very sweet and was really concerned about me and went above and beyond to get me help; even after I left. I'll be back but hopefully not too soon, respectfully lol
Its not the same with Ms. Heather Swann not being there, she has helped my husband and I for some years now and always made us feel like a friend instead of some random sick person coming in off the streets. The staff is still friendly but the care wasn't what I have received in the past. Ms. Heather has always followed up and went above and beyond to figure it out. I would love to know where I can go to see her next time I'm sick? I most likely will not be going back here.
Just did a walk in visit because I felt absolutely terrible. I got Ms. Heather Swann, NP. The whole staff has been polite, not in a rush and there was no wait to get in. Ms. Swann was motherly and thorough, the nurse was super friendly and patient while doing test. The whole experience was refreshing for an urgent care visit- If needed I would be back again!
This place never answers the phone calls wether it’s a customer cumplan or just a customer caliento se I yall do a ser ten service for Shan on you goys for sham!!
