I unfortunately had to visit the ER last night (Oct 21) but both the attending physician (Jerry Jenkins, MD) and the nurse (Kari) were both extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate. Probably the best experience I've ever had in an ER. The people in triage/sign-in, were equally as efficient and kind. So I wanted to publicly acknowledge the great staff you have at this facility.
