The staff is always friendly and helpful! Very professional and knowledgeable! Dr. Um is very careful and gentle!
Friendly greeting, first-rate dental service, on time appointment! And they cover my parking, too! Have been their patient for many years and several other members of my family are too.
I have known Melony for years. She is the cornerstone of the company. Patty (the greatest Hygenist) is best ever! And Dr. Um... he has successfully filled Dr. Watson's shoes! I have recommended the team to many... and some have taken me up on it! I will continue to go to Dr. Um and team as long as I am able to!! I do recommend the team! They are awesome! Great patient care... I am very HAPPY!
Dr. Um and his staff are excellent. They make going to the dentist easy and enjoyable. I have never had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room. The hygienist's are professional and thorough. Melanie (the administrator) is always courteous & professional. She even watched my 5 yr old while I saw the dentist. Dr. Um is also prompt about seeing you after your cleaning and is patient to answer any questions you may have. I drive all the way from the edge of Katy with my family because Dr. Um is that good.
My experience was good. The hygienist did a very good thorough job cleaning and explaining as she went along. The dr. came right in to examine me. I appreciate the staff and the dr. Cindy wilford
As always my visit to Dr. Um was pleasant. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
I was very favorably impressed with the office and Dr. Um. Everyone seemed friendly and ready to listen to me. Dr. Um listened and answered my ideas and questions and for future work I will return.
